![]() ![]() She makes a deal with the evil sea witch, Ursula, which gives her a chance to experience life on land but ultimately places her life – and her father’s crown – in jeopardy. The youngest of King Triton’s daughters and the most defiant, Ariel longs to find out more about the world beyond the sea and, while visiting the surface, falls for the dashing Prince Eric. While mermaids are forbidden to interact with humans, Ariel must follow her heart. I Bought the game, I use mod to translate it, I want my achievements like other players.“The Little Mermaid” is the beloved story of Ariel, a beautiful and spirited young mermaid with a thirst for adventure. Some people take a lot of their time to complete the game where devs failed/don't care I speak for language mods but I can include UI mods to have bigger fonts for the oldtimers who have tired eyes like me.Ī lot of mods are not cheating, just QOL for users cause devs don't have the time, the money or the interest to give this kind of contents. Some devs include the ability's to distinguish mods inside their game, others not and it's a shame. If you want to play in your natural language you have no achievements. The problem is not only in banished but in most game who have achievements, workshop and no translation. This is your ¨POV but it'd not the POV of most of players who are not fluent in english. I am saying that using ANY mod, which changes the vanilla game, in the context of achievements, is "cheating".Īll of the achievements were written / coded based around the vanilla game and are completed by playing the vanilla game. These are just a few examples of how pointless getting the achievements are. The other thing the games achievements taught me, were to trade, and trade alot of everything for food, and more food, as building food is a requirement, so is not building food, a great strategy to keep your producers making plenty of trade goods and underproducing food, means I have more land available to enjoy housing, rather than looking at a map of nothing but farms and more farms. Same for housing, and roads, Stone is underrated in the game imho, and Buy, or Quarrying, for me Stone houses are a must have, same for stone roads, as they provide my people with faster walking speed, so my goods get transferred faster, and the production goes up slightly when a road is paved with stone. And they taught me that having educated people is much more beneficial than having non educated people. They taught me that the Gathering Post is generally one of the best food producers in the game itself. How to balance my game, while getting the various achievements, especially the ones with high population. They taught me either patience, or were logistical problems to figure out. The achievements all taught me about the game in general. There really isn't a tutorial for this game perse`. The achievements in this particular game, are much like a tutorial on the games mechanics in general terms that is. ![]() You are correct, technically the achievements give you nothing, but bragging rights. ![]()
